My name is Arnaldo Perez, and I am seeking the opportunity to work as a trainee appraiser. I recently started the Appraiser Trainee Program and expect to complete it by early April, making me available to begin a trainee position under supervision in late April or early May.

I bring a strong analytical and business background, earning my MBA from Penn State Smeal College of Business. My career has spanned roles in program management, marketing, and leadership, where I have developed a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and financial analysis—skills I believe translate well into the appraisal profession.
